Town and Country Ladies League

Members of the Town and Country Ladies Golf League held their end of the month three-women’s scramble at Spring Hills Golf Club Aug. 28.

The first-place team consisted of Vicki Brozka, Linda Staffilino and Toni Dondzila. The second-place team included Kathy Aninone, Latte Chinacarn and Dora Elizaga.

The third-place team included Signa Findlay, Diane Vandine and Rose Kaczmarek.

The winners of longest drive on hole No. 3 were: Brozka, A flight; Pat Zorne, B flight; and Nancy Lellie, C Flight.

The winner of longest drive on hole No. 7 was Brozka, A Flight.

Spring Hills Ladies League

The Spring Hills Ladies Golf League’s Play of the Day on Aug. 28 was “Three Blind Mice.”

First-place winners included Cynde Vidas, Pat Carey and Tammy Cox.

Those receiving second place were: Veronica Foldi, Tammy Koutsky and Janet Backel.

The winners of the longest drive were: Koutsky, A Flight; Brenda McCloskey, B Flight; and Cox, C Flight.

The winner of closest to the pin was Veronica Foldi.

Tammy Jackson served as a guest.

Cadiz Women’s Golf League

The Cadiz Women’s Golf League met Wednesday. Hostesses were Jan Schultz and Donita Rush.

The Play of the Day was “Low Putts on Par 3’s, Plus Putts.”

The winners of the Play of the Day were: Kathy Newburn, A Flight; Donna Griffin, B Flight; and Kim Ochsenbine, C Flight.

Low-putt winners were: Sherry Sapon, Griffin, Kathy Smith, Yuko Atwell, Laura Froehlich and Ochsenbine.

Roberta Cireddu and Smith had birdies. Schultz and Pat Stewart had chip-ins.
