“Classic Bustle,” a wedding photograph taken at Bethany College by local artist Gina Judy, was among the art hung at Historic Fort Steuben’s Visitor Center. The 55-piece Fine Art Photography Exhibit opened Wednesday and can be viewed through Sept. 24. The exhibit includes scenes, places and people of the Ohio Valley, capturing moments from within 65 miles of Steubenville. The works are by artists living within 65 miles of the city, as well. The show features artists from three states and nine cities, including: Sue Adey, Steubenville; Garen DiBartolomeo, Weirton; Greta Foose, Wheeling; Dennis Jones, Weirton; Judy, Richmond; Lynda Kirby, Beaver; John Murray, New Philadelphia; Julie Murray, New Philadelphia; Paula Siebieda, Bellaire; Sharon Slokan, GlenDale, W.Va.; Debra Zuzindlak-Tobin, Ambridge, Pa.; and James Tobin, Ambridge. Co-chairs and curators for the event include Jones, DiBartolomeo and Judy.
