Cedar One Group welcomes several to staff
WINTERSVILLE — Several new members have joined the staff at Cedar One Group LLC.
They include Allen Richards Perianayagam, Brian Tennant, Sandi Josai and Leigha Cornish.
• Perianayagam joins the staff as an accounting clerk and business analyst. He completed his master’s degree in business analytics and brings more than five years of experience in finance and strategic decision-making. Perianayagam is focused on using data and technology to streamline operations and support growth. He said outside of work, he likes to explore new places, learn about global markets and stay active.
• Tennant, a graduate of Brooke High School and West Liberty University, is a financial and operational analyst. He has 15 years of experience working with WesBanco in various roles, including audit, branch management, credit analysis and relationship management. He has extensive experience in community leadership positions, including serving as past president of the Wellsburg Lions Club; a past member of Wellsburg City Council, where he served as finance chair; past board member of the Urban Redevelopment Authority; and past chairman of the planning committee. Tennant is a board member of the Cornerstone Christian Academy.
His financial business background and strong community service background will allow the Cedar One Group to align key performance metrics, short- and long-term plans and drive the company’s efforts in areas that will continue to grow the business, company officials explained.
When Tennant is not working or serving in the community, he spends time reading the Bible, taking in WVU football games, golfing, white water rafting, hiking, boating and growing bonsai trees.
• Josai has signed on as the showroom sales manager for Steel Valley Contracting and Maintenance. She brings more than 20 years of experience with Lowe’s designing and ordering kitchens, flooring, windows, etc. She will be instrumental in pulling together the group’s showroom at Bella as part of its strategy to become a major player in this space, officials said.
Josai enjoys cooking and crafting of all sorts and loves going to car shows and attending drag races.
• Cornish comes to Cedar One as an accounts payable clerk. The wife and mother of two has worked in the financial field for more than 10 years covering all areas from assistant manager at a retail store to senior collections specialist at BMW Financial. In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with family and friends, numerous outdoor activities and said she is a huge Harry Potter nerd.
