ATLANTA - A local career and technical student won one of the nation's highest awards at the National Leadership & Skills Conference, held June 1-5 in Atlanta. Izibella Brown, from Colliers and a student at John D Rockefeller IV Career Center, was awarded the high school bronze medal in Graphics Imaging-Sublimation.
