Charles M. Dailey officiating.He is the son of the late King and Ethel Russell. He is retired from TIMET after 44 years.She is the daughter of the late Ted and Carrie Meredith and is retired from Bank One in Wintersville after 32 years.They have three children: Beth Campbell of Massillon, Ang Sinicropi of Richmond and Matthew of Chicago.
