Steubenville Police Family affair: Employees at Wal-Mart told police they’d detained a man who walked through the store eating food and snacks he hadn’t paid for, Sunday. Steubenville Police Thirst quencher: An Oakmont Avenue man said a man was causing a disturbance at his residence, Friday. His girlfriend told police her father “drank all of her cat’s antibiotic,” sparking an argument between him and her boyfriend.
