Eric Colussy is the newest member of the Steubenville Police Department, Chief Ken Anderson reports. Colussy, a Wellsville resident, was sworn in Friday, bringing the department to full staff for the first time in nearly a decade. Celebrating the hiring were, from left, Det. Ryan Lulla, Capt. John Lemal, Capt. Wes Crawford, Capt. Joe Buchmelter, Anderson, Colussy, Municipal Court Judge John Mascio, City Manager Mike Johnson, Patrolman Sean Exterovich, Detective Jake Mannarino and Patrolman Michael Harris. Anderson's last day as chief is Wednesday and Crawford will take over as chief.
