Members of the Brooke County Area Chamber of Commerce gathered, Thursday, at the Lighthouse Diner, located at 150 Rockdale Road in Follansbee, for a ribbon cutting event celebrating the restaurant’s recent opening. Owned by Jack Carbasho, the Lighthouse Diner is opened Thursday through Monday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., offering all-day breakfast items, as well as a variety of burgers and other sandwiches, salads, soups, and other selections, plus a rotating menu of daily specials.
