Creek’s Hyde headed to Ashland

Indian Creek baseball standout Sylus Hyde signed to continue his academic and athletic careers at Ashland University. Hyde, who was a big part of Indian Creek’s 2024 state tournament run and back-to-back district championships, in three seasons has compiled 36 hits, a .313 batting average, 41 RBIs and three homers while going 18-4 in his career on the mound with a career ERA of 1.85 and 203 strikeouts in 147 2/3 innings, still with one season to go.
