Tennis players from Oak Glen, the overall team regional champion, and Weir High qualified for the state tennis tournament from last week’s regionals. Oak Glen’s Oak Glen’s Elle Monaco and Ruby Chaney won the doubles regional title and qaulified along with Weir’s Megan Dunmyer and Jenna Costello. Individuals qualifying were Weir’s Costello (individual regional champ), Oak Glen’s Chaney and Monaco and Weir’s Weir’s Megan Dunmyer. The state tournament will take place in Charleston from Thursday-Saturday. – Contributed
