The high school football season has officially opened, and the Herald-Star and The Weirton Daily Times have unveiled their newest way to get you ready for the season.
While our annual football edition, High School Football Preview 2021, was published Wednesday, the websites of the papers -- heraldstaronline.com and weirtondailytimes.com-- have launched an enhanced online football experience, in partnership with WVU Medicine.
A link to the online edition can be found on the right side of the home page of the websites, with high school teams broken down by classification in the OVAC. On each team's page, you will find a season preview story and schedule along with team videos and audio from head coaches that were compiled this summer at team practices and media days.
The online edition will give readers a look at several college programs kicking off their seasons this fall. It's easy to navigate with plenty of options to find the teams you're looking for.
