GNADENHUTTEN -- Indian Creek, the No. 19 seed in Division IV, Region 15, was shut down by 14th-seeded Indian Valley, 35-0, on Saturday.
The Redskins ran for 135 yards on 38 carries, led by Matt Schaefer's 12 totes for 55 yards. Jeremy Brown rushed 13 times for 33 yards, and Jadyn Irizarry four times for 35 yards. He also hauled in a 5-yard pass. Sam Coleman received two passes for 17 yards.
Indian Creek could only collect 38 passing yards on four completions and two interceptions.
The Redskins travel to Union Local on Friday.

Buckeye Local falls to Ravenna Southeast
PALMYRA TWP. -- Ravenna Southeast cruised to a 35-6 victory over Buckeye Local Saturday in a Divison V, Region 17 postseason contest.
The Panthers’ lone score came early in the fourth quarter on an 11-yard rushing touchdown from Noah Kourim. Brian Palmer, Jr. finished with six catches for 67 yards. Overall, Buckeye Local, the No. 22 seed, only ran for 80 yards on 23 carries.
Southeast, the No. 11 seed, won its first postseason contest in school history and will face sixth-seeded Columbiana Crestview in the second round.
