Residents of the city of Steubenville have an outstandingly qualified candidate running for the office of mayor in the May primary election.

Kimberly Hahn, a city resident for more than 35 years, has a uniquely impressive and varied background of experience to fill this position.

Most recently, she has retired after five years of service as councilwoman-at-large, giving her firsthand insight to all aspects of city concerns.

In addition, in this role, she has engaged in years of cooperation in work with current city officials and leaders.

Aside from her service on council, Hahn has raised six children, is an educator, author and businesswoman.

As mayor of Steubenville, she will be dedicated to a regrowth and return of a thriving community.

Let us turn out on May 6 to elect the leadership our city deserves.
