The perks of being the first lady must be far more than what is visible to the general public.
How can Jill Biden, a supposedly intelligent woman, stand by and watch, on a daily basis, the decline of her husband and do nothing to step in and act on his behalf to step down as president is pathetic.
How can she say with a straight face that he is full of energy and is capable of running for another term of office? The public is not blind, nor are we stupid.
How can she stand by and watch the ridicule from the media and not be angry as hell? I know of no woman who would stand by and watch her husband take this abuse -- it is elder abuse.
Joe Biden's performance in the debate was pathetic. He has been in politics for the better part of 50-plus years. He needs to be allowed to retire and enjoy the remainder of his years in peace and quiet.
It's time, Jill, to put aside your personal ambitions as first lady and stand up and defend your husband. What you are allowing to happen to your husband is not love or support. It is abuse.
