To the editor:
June 12's letters to editor by Democrats, progressives, whatever they call themselves now, were funny and sad. One writer said they'll vote for Joe Biden because he's the lesser of two evils. That's admitting Biden is evil. Another made an attempt at poetry. He begs "… with any luck he'll (Trump) will be put away."
You notice he didn't ask God for guidance. When one is an atheist all you can depend on is luck. The other letter is pure dribble, never once referring to Biden's accomplishments. Oh, that's right, there are none. You can't talk about Biden's economy -- inflation is up 3.3 percent in May over last year and 20 percent since he took office. This figure will not lower interest rates, it has to be 2 percent. Shelter is up 21.4 percent since Biden took office. Fifteen million illegal aliens are coming in and taking American jobs, straining city and state resources, beating our cops and insulting us.
Has anyone seen any Biden charging centers? After promising tens of thousands and spending hundreds of millions dollars there have been a handful built.
Here's what progressives call progress: 147 Democrats in Congress voted for giving illegal aliens the right to vote in D. C., to destroy American family values, can't explain what a woman is, favor allowing males in women sports and restrooms, favor allowing drag queens teaching our kids and that it's fine to be like them, favor inflation, want an open border and want higher interest rates to the point we can't buy groceries. Who you voting for?
Venezuela's crime rate is down 72 percent. All their criminals have come to America under Biden's protection. The FBI arrested eight terrorists from Tajikistan in Los Angeles, New York City and Philadelphia. After being under surveillance, they were talking about bombs. There must be hundreds if not thousands of terrorists Biden welcomed in.
Michael Rulli beat Michael Kripchak by nine points. Some Democrats left out some of his employment history. Why? Aren't Democrats all inclusive?
You notice all the riots that came after Donald Trump's guilty verdict? Oh, that's right, Republicans don't do that.
Here's what to watch for in the June 27 Trump-Biden debate: Wonder which one of Hunter Biden's drugs they'll give the old man? Biden standing for 90 minutes without a teleprompter? Com' on, man. He'll back out somehow. He can't use the argument that Trump's a felon--which will be overturned-- when Biden has a felon at his supper table. Hunter only has daddy to free him. Marriage and family are important with only 29 percent of Biden voters -- that tells you much about Democrat values.
Since Biden signed an executive order reducing border crossings to 2,500 a day we've seen no reduction. Four to 10,000 still cross -- another lie. The European Union voted many liberals out and replaced them with conservatives because of open borders. America will follow.
Only those who are guilty are afraid of Trump. He'll seek accountability, not revenge.
