To the editor:

I read the column "The anti-abortion right is not into compromise" written by Froma Harrop that appeared in the April 14 edition. Then, I read Dan Hawrot's letter to the editor "When does life begin?"

Hawrot's letter talks about facts taken from the field of science. In his reasoning, he used family, friends, churches and society to support the mother, father and the unborn infant.

I agree that when the mother and father start the process of a human being, that at the moment of conception, life begins.

The direct approach to abortion should be to search our creator's wisdom that he has given to all who will get a Holy Bible, read it and study it book (66) chapter and verse or verses.

I don't know why a columnist would blame a candidate running for office before she searched our creator's guiding light that contains the spiritual guidance that each of us will be judged upon.

Readers should know more than what Harrop wrote to make the right choice -- God's choice.

When a female and male join together and a baby's life starts at conception, this physical act should be in the bond of marriage. If the couple is not married, the Bible refers to this as fornication, which is sex among the unmarried.

Nowhere in the Holy Bible does it refer to stopping the life of a baby when this happens. A good example of two non-married couples producing not one, but two babies is found in Genesis 38:1-30. If these two babies would have been destroyed, then the first son (Perez) would not have been in the lineage to our savior. Heaven forbid.

God is against adults producing children out of marriage. The physical act is called adultery. In 2 Samuel 11:45, Bathsheba and David joined together while her husband, Uriah, was serving in the army. Here is our great lesson: The son did not live --it was God's decision. Only our creator should make such a decision, not a woman or a man.

Women and men have to know that when they join together physically what could happen. This is when each one must decide: Do we continue or stop before the act? If they continue, then they have made their choice: In marriage, fornication and adultery.

Only our creator has the authority to take the life of a human being. So, when the subject comes up on the political trail, we should not allow darkness to overcome the light, "the great light" that will guide us to spend eternity with God the father, Jesus the holy son, the Holy Spirit, the angels, the (we) saints and all the babies and those under the age of accountability.

America, the United States, needs to get this right with our creator and not leave it to the political parties, for he is our high priest who all of us are going to be judged by.

Dan Hawrot, keep the truth alive, and God bless you.
