Prince of darkness rejoices

To the editor:

On Nov. 7, most televised news showed the exuberant celebration in the 25 counties that dictated their deeply flawed ideology to the other 63. Their joy was for the passage of a constitutional amendment securing the secular sanctification of genocide; for their glee, the prince of darkness rejoices.

As written, the purposeful ambiguity of this amendment goes far beyond what the secular left was claiming, and gives Planned Parenthood virtual power over our elected government, forcing the elected to be a shield preventing any public declaration of respect for life. For usurping government power to stifle any public disagreement to their ideology, by outlawing counseling expectant mothers to carry a pregnancy to fruition, the prince of darkness rejoices.

For the abominable lies convincing the ignorant that human life does not exist in the womb, for the ability to persecute pro-life medical practitioners, hospitals and doctrinally faithful clergy, the prince of darkness rejoices.

For eliminating the requirement to have medical personnel and hospital access at any abortion center, showing utter disregard for the patient's health and safety and their disdain for divine and natural law, the prince of darkness rejoices.

For the ability to indoctrinate children with transgender ideology and lead them to abort pregnancies without parental notification, for attempting to enlist the young to soldier in the support of the inherent evil of abortion, the prince of darkness rejoices.

For the commitment to destroy the crisis pregnancy centers which provide aid to expectant mothers and to outlaw every sense of right and wrong in favor of secular relativism. For desecrating and firebombing churches and crisis pregnancy centers, the prince of darkness rejoices.

For proving the axiom "vox populi, vox diaboli," their deep prejudice against Judeo-Christian morality, their rabid commitment of their immortal souls to his will, and to increase his resident population, the prince of darkness rejoices.
