Jane Eleanor Fisher, age a long-time resident the Toronto area transitioned to be with her Lord Monday November 10, 2026 Friends and family will gather for visitation 4 to 7 PM Friday January 9, 2026 at the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto. A Toronto Eastern Star service will be held at 6 PM Friday January 9th at the funeral home. A celebration of life service will be held from 12 - 1 PM Saturday January 10, 2025 at the First Westminster Presbyterian Church, 235 N. 4th Street, Steubenville, OH 43952. Interment will follow at the Island Creek Cemetery

Margaret Ann “Peg” Milby, 97, of New Cumberland, passed away on Saturday, January 10th, at the Orchards of East Liverpool, surrounded by her family. Peg was born to the late Frank and Mary Jane Eaton McDonald. Along with her parents, Peg was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 59 years, William J. (Bill) Milby, who passed away on November 30, 2010. She is also preceded by her son-in-law, Keith Anderson, and her siblings: Gayle Treleven, Arlene Copestick, Forrest McDonald, and James F.
