Robert J. ‘Bob’ Fullerton, 90, of Toronto, OH, passed away Friday, January 2, 2026. Visitation is Tuesday, January 6, from 4-7 p.m. at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto. Frances A. Sohovich, 87, of Wintersville died Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at Valley Hospice. She was born March 13, 1938, in Steubenville to the late Joseph and Mary DiBenedetto Orsini. She is also preceded in death by her husband Carl Sohovich and two brothers Joe and Bernard Orsini. Frances was retired from Indian Creek School District where she was a Librarian for many years.
