Kitty Arlene Kleiner, 61, of Wintersville, Ohio, passed away on March 25, 2026. She was born on February 10, 1965, in Steubenville, Ohio, to the late Frank and Delores (McKnight) Dahlem. In addition to her parents, Kitty is preceded in death by her brothers, Larry and Terry Dahlem. Kitty was a faithful member of the Blessed Sacrament Church in Wintersville.
