Rosemary C. Payne, 89, of Steubenville died Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at the Laurels of Steubenville. She was born December 12, 1936 in Steubenville. She is the daughter of the late Harold Shawver and Anna Shawver Rapp. She is preceded in death by her stepfather, Ernest Rapp; husband William Payne; brother Thomas Shawver and nephew Martin Shawver. Todd Edward Trimmer, 50, of Richmond, Ohio, passed away on March 5, 2026, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh after a brief illness. He was born on June 5, 1975, to Jerry Trimmer and the late Edith “Patty” (Dickey) Trimmer. Todd was a dedicated and hardworking farmer who took great pride in his work and his land.
