Timothy James Snodgrass, seventy- seven of Follansbee, WV, passed away at Brightwood Center on March 1, 2026, after a prolonged battle with a rare blood cancer. He was born in Steubenville, OH, on July 31, 1948. A funeral service will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church in Weirton, followed by interment at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
