Shirley “Cookie” Milewsky Ludewig, 79, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away on March 11, 2026 at Sienna Woods following a lengthy illness. She was born on January 20, 1947 in Steubenville, Ohio to the late Donald & Stella Moorehead Milewsky. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband William “Pepper” Ludewig on July 30, 2023, brother John “Bill” Milewsky on December 24, 2022 and an infant brother Edward. Rob was born on October 23, 1964, in Steubenville, OH, son of the late Burk Emery and Eileen Deatrice (Campbell) Emery, who survives.
