Ruth was born January 3, 1952, in Steubenville, daughter of the late Lawson C. and Genevieve E. (Ghenne) Hasting. She was also preceded in death by her companion, James “Jim” Fullerton in 2018, her brother, Jim Hasting and her grandson, Kade Hunter, both in 2022.
