A memorial Service will be held in Weirton, WV on Saturday, April 6, at 3 pm, with visitation from 1 to 3, at the First United Methodist Church, 3301 West St. Interment will follow at the Pierpoint Cemetery in Alma, WV. Mildred O. ‘Millie’ Burskey, 84, of Toronto, OH, passed away Thursday, April 4, 2024, in the Villa Vista Royale in Steubenville, OH. Millie was born Jan. 13, 1940, in Dillonvale, OH, daughter of the late Howard Charles and Bertha Virginia (Sligar) Paxton. Millie had previously worked for 17 years at the now former Ohio Edison W.H.
