He was born April 10, 1940, in Stratton the son of the late James Harold Dobson and Beatrice Brown Dobson. Kenneth was a 1958 graduate of Jefferson Union High School; loved NASCAR and Chevrolet’s. Margaret M. Dowdell, 80, of Bergholz, Ohio, passed away April 13, 2024, at Aultman Hospital, Canton, Ohio. She was born February 16, 1944, a daughter of the late Frank and Geneva (Wagner) Evanosky.
