Lucille Marie (Reck) Best 93 of Wellsburg, WV, passed away on Thursday, May 9, 2024 at Trinity Medical Center, Steubenville, OH. Lucille was born on March 16, 1931 in McKinleyville, WV. She was the daughter of the late John Reck and Beatrice (Bensie) Reck. Lucille worked as a cook for 24 years at Bethany School through the Brooke County Board of Education. She is a member of the WV Association of Retired School Employees. Born on November 6, 1940, the daughter of the late Cornelius E. “Blue” and Mary (McGuines) Reeves. In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her daughter, Pamela Ann Greathouse.
