Carole Marie Frey, 86, of Mingo Jct., Ohio passed away on Wednesday May 29, 2024 at the Valley Hospice North Care Center. Carole was born on February 27, 1938 a daughter of the late Clarence & Bertha Swartz Morrow. Carole is preceded in death by her loving husband Donald Ray Frey and three sisters. Josephine Marie Nicholson, 94, Steubenville died on May 23, 2024 at Lancia’s Villa Vista Nursing Home. She was born August 15,1929 in Steubenville of the late Joseph and Pauline Torcasio Steffanello. Josephine was also preceded in death by her husband James Henry Nicholson, whom she married on January 4, 1950. Josephine was a 1948 graduate of Steubenville High School. She was a long time member of Holy Family Church where she was in the St. Francis Society and the CWC for many years.
