DUANE FLUHARTY

Duane “Bear” Lemuel Fluharty, 83 of Follansbee, WV, passed away on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at Trinity Medical Center. Duane was born on October 20, 1940 in New Martinsville, WV. He was the son of the late Charles E. and Hilda (Steel) Fluharty. Duane served his country proudly in the United States Army during the Vietnam War as a mail clerk, SP4(T). He retired as a Scarfer at Weirton Steel Corp. Many will remember Duane for being a former member of Post 10 American Legion and the VFW in Weirton, coaching sports with his children, and being an avid Brooke Fan. Duane is survived ...

Kenneth Robert ‘Kenny’ Kourim, Sr., 90, of Smithfield, OH, passed away Thursday June 20, 2024, in Trinity West in Steubenville, OH. Kenny was born July 27, 1933, in Plum Run, OH, son of the late Jerry and Thelma (Cooper) Kourim. Kenny retired five years ago from Egypt Valley Limestone, where he was a heavy equipment operator.
