Timothy J. “Tim” Singleton, 65, of Brilliant, OH, passed away Monday June 24, 2024 at Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville, OH. He was born June 28, 1958, in Wheeling, WV, son of the late John and Betty Mae (Beall) Singleton. Tim worked at various places in the Ohio Valley. He attended Steel Valley Baptist Church and enjoyed spending time with his friends at Rivers Landing.
