Terry Forrester, 76, Of Rayland, OH, passed away, Thursday, October 10, 2024, at his home. He was born on March 19, 1948, in Wheeling, WV, to the late Marvin and Norma (Barcus) Forrester. In addition to his parents, Terry was preceded in death by his sister, Carol Walnoha. Terry was a graduate of Wellsburg High School. After graduation Terry enlisted in the United States Army and served his country during Viet Nam. He retired from the Cardinal Plant, in Brilliant, OH.
