Zachary Michael Capps, 32, of New Cumberland, passed away Sunday, January 12, 2025. He was born in Nashville TN, on September 4, 1992, the son of Glenn Capps, of New Cumberland and the late Michelle (Ferrell) Capps. Zach was an avid gamer and an all-round “Fix-It” guy. He is survived by a sister, Natasha (Justin) Decker, of new Cumberland; a maternal grandmother, Betty Leasure, of New Cumberland; a nephew, Jasper Decker, half-brothers and sisters, Jonathan, David, Ashley, Jessica and Renea and several other nieces and nephews. Noel Harvard of Weirton, WV. Passed away at home in Bensalem, PA, on December 5, 2024. Noel a graduate of Weir High School Class of 1975 and Fairmont State University 1979. Noel worked for ALL STATE Insurance in Management for 34 years. He was proceeded in death by his mom Dora, sister Renee, and brother Edward.
