She was born on December 18, 1934, in Steubenville, to the late Andrew and Hilda Donnelly. Donna was a 1952 graduate of Steubenville Catholic Central High School and a Catholic by faith. After graduation she held clerical positions at Jefferson County Technical Institute, Catholic Central High School and the Jefferson County Court House. Thomas Joseph Tarowsky, devoted husband, father, and esteemed educator, passed away at Trinity West on September 8, 2026, at the age of 77. Born on December 10, 1948, in Steubenville, Ohio, he was a son of Joseph Thomas and Anna Warhola Tarowsky.
