Zana L. Freeman, 100, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away on October 3, 2026 at the UPMC Trinity ER. Zana was born on September 30, 1926 in Webster Springs, WV a daughter of the late William & Angie Cochran Tracy. She was preceded in death by her husband Patrick I. Freeman, Sr. and son Patrick I. Freeman, Jr.
Zana is survived by her daughter Debra (Daniel) Wood and sons Thomas, Timothy, William & Wesley Freeman. Friends may call at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 1521 Bantam Ridge Road, Wintersville, Ohio on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of the Funeral liturgy with Mass at 12 p.m. with Fr. Michael Gossett & Fr. Jack McCoy officiating. Burial at Fort Steuben Burial Estates.
