Elizabeth Ann Ott, 96 of Follansbee, WV died peacefully on Monday, September 7, 2026, at Brightwood Center in Follansbee, WV.
Elizabeth was born on January 17, 1930, a daughter of the late William M. and Agatha I. (Fitzgerald) Schaefer. In addition to her parents, Elizabeth is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Ott; two sons, David W. Ott, Sr., Timothy J. Ott; one daughter, Judith (Ott) Hammonds; one brother, William J. Schaefer; and one nephew, William M. Schaefer.
Elizabeth was Christian by faith and she enjoyed spending time with her family and loved ones.
Elizabeth is survived by her daughter in law, Pamela "Pam" (Tate) Ott of Follansbee, WV; son in law, B.J. Hammonds of Follansbee, WV; eight grandchildren, Robert (Theresa) Brown of Rancho Cucamonga, CA; Brian (Veronica) Brown of Colliers, WV, Billy (Katie) Hammonds of Colliers, WV, Dave Ott of Steubenville, OH, Valerie Ott of CA, Christopher Ott of Wheeling, WV, Timothy Ott of Weirton, WV, Tabetha (Paul) Koniski of Steubenville, OH; nine grandchildren; one great great grandchild; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
There will be no visitation.
All services in inurnment will be held privately at Highland Hills Memorial Gardens in Follansbee, WV.
