Floyd Owens Jr., affectionately known as "Wing," passed away on June 28, 2026, at the age of 59 in Steubenville, Ohio.
Born on November 15, 1966, in Steubenville, Ohio, Floyd was the son of the late Floyd Owens Sr. and Alice Owens.
He leaves to cherish his memory his daughters, a sister, nephews, nieces, and a host of loving family members, and friends.
A celebration of Life service will be Monday July 6, 2026, visitation at noon and a funeral service at 1:00 PM at Mt. Carmel Community Baptist Church 708 N. Fifth Street, in Steubenville, OH.
