LOIS ROBB

Lois V. Robb, 89, of New Manchester, passed away peacefully at home, enveloped in the love of her family, on Thursday, June 18, 2026.

Born July 24, 1936, at home in New Manchester, she was the daughter of the late Clyde and Volga Ferguson Cameron.

A proud graduate of New Cumberland High School, Class of 1954, Lois devoted her career to the Hancock County School District, serving for many years as an Executive Secretary, during which her diligence and kindness left a lasting impression.

Her unwavering faith was the cornerstone of her life. As a devoted member of New Manchester Christian Church, Lois served as secretary, deaconess, and choir member, always offering her warmth and spirit to her church community. As the beloved matriarch of her close-knit family, Lois cherished and nurtured her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, each holding a special place in her heart. She generously volunteered her time with the Order of the Eastern Star and the local PTA. Lois’s passion for gardening and planting flowers brought beauty and joy to those around her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband, William “Bill” Robb; and her siblings, Richard “Dick,” Leonard, and James Cameron.

Lois’s legacy lives on through her loving children: Robin (Paul) Goots of Beckley, WV; Elizabeth Kuzio of Miamisburg, OH; Cathy (Don) Markowicz of New Cumberland; and Susan (Rick) Myers of New Cumberland.

She is also survived by her eight cherished grandaughters– Amanda (Erik) Daniels, Miranda Sitchanoff (Ted), Aimee (Ashton) Nelson, Leah (Brock) Estell, Mallory Markowicz, Haylianne (Matt) Murray, Anastasia (Mason) Bennett, Lacey (Andrew) Malekovic–and thirteen adored great- grandchildren: Kelty, Kaiya, Dean, Elle, Lucca, Elias, Nicco, Wyatt, Madison, Max, Macie Jo, Isaac, and Oliver,

Pastor Jeff Sayre will celebrate Lois’s life at the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester on Monday, June 22, at 11:00 a.m. She will be laid to rest alongside her beloved husband Bill at the Union Cemetery in New Manchester. Friends may visit the family at the funeral home on Saturday, June 20, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. and on Sunday, June 21, from 12:00 to 2:00 and 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.
