Shirley Shephard Henderson, 77, of Weirton, WV formerly of Wellsburg, WV passed away May 18, 2026, at Brightwood Center, Follansbee, WV. She was born May 2, 1949, in Steubenville, OH to the late Jacob Floyd and Pearl Leasure Shephard. She was the owner of Shirely’s Tender Touch Nursing Home in Wellsburg, WV. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son Joseph Henderson, six brothers and a sister. She is survived by her son Galen McKitrick (Tracy) of Wellsburg, WV, a brother Floyd Shepherd Jr., two grandsons Josh McKitrick (Courtney), Jeremy McKitrick (Amber), a great grandson Memphis and a great granddaughter Vera, and her very dear friend Melanie, six stepchildren Keith Jr., Keith E., Donald, Glenda, Retta, and Patricia, also survive.
