Sergeant Major John D. Olexa, USMC (Ret.), 95, of Mingo Junction, Ohio, passed away Thursday May 28, 2026 at Liza’s Place in Wheeling, WV.

Friends will be received at St. Agnes Catholic Church on Friday June 5th from 9:00 a.m. until the time of his Funeral Liturgy with Mass at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Fr. James M. Dunfee, celebrant. Entombment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
