JOSEPH SIRAGUSANO
Joseph Siragusano formerly of Wintersville, Ohio passed peacefully at home in Riverview, Florida on Tuesday, January 20, 2026.
Joe was a member of St. John Fisher Catholic Church in Richmond and St. Mary’s Catholic Church in St. Clairsville. He was born July 14th in Broadacre, Ohio to the late Carmello Siragusano and Angelina (DeMattio) Siragusano who were immigrants of Italy. He was a graduate of Wayne HS, Bloomingdale and retired after 38 years of dedicated service as Director of Sanitary Engineering for Jefferson County.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 30 years, Tammy (Blake) Siragusano. His children, Joseph Siragusano, Austin, TX; Lori Edmondson (William), Erie, PA; Carli Asprey (Willy), Haliewa, HI; Kayla Edmonds (Daniel), Apollo Beach, FL and his cherished grandchildren: Jessica and Jeffrey Edmondson, Kenley Bell, Stellan Asprey and Landon Edmonds.
Joe was joyfully reunited in heaven with parents Carmello and Angelina; his siblings, William (Pauline) Siragusano, Louis (Joyce) Siragusano, Rosie (Tony) Guiliano, Anne (James) Mead, Mary (Silvio) Rogo, Samuel and Gracie Siragusano, and brother in the lord Father Kenneth Uram.
Joe loved cooking his mothers recipes and spending time with his family. He was a proud Cleveland Browns fan and an active member of the South Shore Browns Backers in Apollo Beach, FL. He lived his best life in Wintersville and St. Clairsville surrounded by lifelong friends and the many parents he met through his children. His final days at home were filled with joy-soaking in the sun, singing his silly rhyme songs and sharing love with those around him.
Joe was deeply grateful for his life and held a very special place in his heart for his nieces , nephews and their growing families. His genuine love and kindness were felt by so many lifelong friends.
Joe will be deeply missed.
Rest in peace my loveÃ-
A celebration of life will be held in the late spring to spread his ashes in Broadacre, OH.
In lieu of flowers, make someone smile today, sit with them, feed them well. The way Joe would have, “Stay a little longer”.
