Clyde R. “Rick” Wine, Sr., 77, of Brilliant, OH, passed away Monday December 22, 2025 at Weirton Medical Center.
Friends will be received on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 712 Third St., Brilliant, OH, where his funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at New Alexandria Cemetery.
