Robert Lewis “Bobby” Barker, 74, a beloved brother, father, grandfather, and guiding light to his family, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 31, 2025. He is now reunited with his mother, Dana Roselle Barker, and his oldest brother, Keith Alan Monroe.
Visitation will be at 3PM on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at Vinson Mortuary, 711 N. Fifth Street, Steubenville, OH with a funeral service at 4PM.
