Ralph James Billham, 89, of Steubenville, Ohio, passed away on November 18, 2025 at the Valley Hospice North Care Center. Ralph was born December 14, 1935 in Steubenville, Ohio a son of the late John James & Marybelle "Mamie" Moran Billham. Ralph started out young as a carpenter which led him to a career with Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. He was a proud veteran serving in the National Guard.
Ralph was preceded in death by his wife Frances Marie Billham. He is survived by three sons James, Ralph & Ed; two grandchildren Brittany & Cody and three great-grandchildren Leah, John & Westley.
Per Ralph's wishes, a private family service was held at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home. Burial at Fort Steuben Burial Estates.
