RALPH BILLHAM
Ralph James Billham, 89, of Steubenville, Ohio, passed away on November 18, 2025 at the Valley Hospice North Care Center. Ralph was born December 14, 1935 in Steubenville, Ohio a son of the late John James & Marybelle “Mamie” Moran Billham. Ralph started out young as a carpenter which led him to a career with Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. He was a proud veteran serving in the National Guard.
Ralph was preceded in death by his wife Frances Marie Billham. He is survived by three sons James, Ralph & Ed; two grandchildren Brittany & Cody and three great-grandchildren Leah, John & Westley.
Per Ralph’s wishes, a private family service was held at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home. Burial at Fort Steuben Burial Estates.
