Lynne Ros, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully with her son Timothy and her devoted companion, Samual Gill, by her side.
Born and raised in the Ohio Valley, Lynne lived a life guided by love, faith, and quiet strength. A talented pianist and devoted teacher, she shared her passion for music with generations of students, inspiring joy and purpose through her lessons. She worked tirelessly–often holding multiple jobs–to support her husband, the late Dr. Anton Ros, through medical school and their early years together.
She is survived by her children Melissa (Mark), Timothy (Candice), Michael, and Katina (Eric); her grandchildren Justin, Brittany, Cassandra (Randy), Katie (Jordan), Julia, Bethany, and Anton; and her great-grandchildren Addilynne, Colton, Kharter, Lydia, and Thomas.
Lynne was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Dr. Anton Ros, with whom she shared a lifelong partnership of love and devotion.
Visitation will be held Thursday, November 6, from 10 am to 12 pm at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. Funeral liturgy with Mass will follow at 12:30 pm at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Fr. Michael Gossett will celebrate.
Lynne will be remembered for her warmth, faith, and the music that will forever echo in the hearts she touched.
