DENISE CAIN

Denise Ann Cain, age 66 of Steubenville passed away October 20, 2025.

She was born December 28, 1958 in Steubenville the daughter of the late Carl and Phyllis White Alvis. Also preceded in death by sisters, Cheryl Toney and Leslie Moody and nephews, Michael and Chris Alvis.

Denise loved cats, baking, Margaritas and was a die-hard Cleveland Browns fan. She graduated in 1976 from Toronto High School and was presently employed as a supervisor of the West Virginia Department of Human Services having served for twenty years.

Denise’s surviving family includes her husband, Allen “Pete” Cain; sons, Carl, Shawn and Steven Cain; nephew Jason Alvis and sister, Kathy Fisher.

Denise’s arrangements are private and are in the care of Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto.
