SAMUEL HUZOVIC
Samuel Juraj Maria Huzovic (Sammy or Sam) was born October 18th, 2001 in Scheibbs, Austria and died tragically in a hit and run August 1st, 2025 in Weirton.
He is survived by his parents Bobette and Mario Huzovic, his siblings Gusti, Olivia, Anna, and Jojo, brothers and sister in-laws, countless cousins, aunts and uncles, and beloved nieces and nephews.
He was a battlefield-Catholic and a heavy-machinery diesel technician. Sam was a jack-of-all- trades, a dreamer, and someone who lived life to the full. He loved his cars, his dog, and mostly his family and close friends. Sam will be forever remembered and cherished in memory.
Visitation will be held Thursday from 3-5 pm at Holy Family Catholic Church, 2608 Hollywood Blvd., Steubenville. Additional visitation will be held Friday from 11 am until time of Mass at 12 pm at church. Fr. Drake McAlister will celebrate and burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
