Burlene R. Hoagland, 84, of Brilliant, passed away Friday August 15, 2025 at home.
Friends will be received at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 712 Third St., Brilliant, OH on Monday from 4-8 p.m. and also on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of her funeral service at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Raymond J. Cooper, officiating. Interment will follow at Oakland Cemetery in Mingo.
