ANNE WAGNER
Anne Wagner, 99, of Weirton, WV, passed away peacefully with her family at her side on June 9th, 2025. She was born in Steubenville, OH March 17, 1926 to the late Carmine and Angelina (Gallo) Fuoco. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard “Red” Wagner, brothers Frank and John Fuoco; sisters Mary Silvidi, Lucia, Josephine, and Connie Fuoco, and four infant siblings.
Anne retired from a long career as Assistant Treasurer of The Ohio Valley Savings and Loan Co, and was a charter member, former treasurer, and past-president of The Steubenville Art Association. She was a woman of genuine faith, and a life-long member of St Anthony’s church.
Anne was a loving mom, Nana, and Nona, and made anyone who visited her home feel like family. She was famous for her home cooked Italian meals.
Anne is survived by her children, Patricia (Blaine) Westfall, Richard (Susan) Wagner, and Craig (Rebecca) Wagner. She is also survived by grandchildren Megan (Scott), Leanne (Matthew), Elaina, and Erin (the late Michael); great-grand children Sterling (Shelby), Blake, Evan, Cade, and Maeve; and great-great-grandchildren Scarlett, Stella, Saylor, and Stetson.
Visitation will be held Sunday, June 15th from 2-5 pm at Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel. A mass with funeral liturgy will be celebrated at noon on Monday June 16th at Triumph of the Cross, Steubenville. Internment to follow at a later date.
