Bob was a native of Weirton, WV, and moved to Greenville, NC, in 1999. He was employed with ECU health for 22 years as an Orthotist. He was a Pittsburgh Steelers’ fan and loved vintage Volkswagens. Bob was a devoted father and grandfather. He loved to spend time with his friends. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Bob was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Mankowski, his grandparents, Edward and Mary Mankowski, Heini and Hedwig Polt, Aunt and Uncle Darleen Bates and Robert Bates, Step-father Dr. Thomas G. Harper.

He is survived by his son, Alex Robert Mankowski and wife, Cortney, of Salida, CO; daughter, Morgan Mankowski Sarcopski and husband, Brandon, of Greenville, NC; grandchildren, Allison, Wyatt, and Levi Mankowski of Salida, CO; mother, Renate Harper of Burgettstown, PA, brothers, Wayne “Butch” Mankowski and wife, Tracie, of Canton, OH, Jeff Mankowski and wife, Nikki, of Massillon, OH, and Brian Mankowski and wife, Leslie, of Imperial, PA; sister, Miriam Guio and husband, Mark, of New Cumberland, WV; nephews, Ricky, Jordan, Nicholas, Dylan, Cody, Thomas, and Christopher, wife Hayley; and nieces, Courtney, Alicia, Andrea, and great niece Elliana.
